Job Responsibilities

As a service consultant, your main focus will be to ensure operational reliability, functionality, and quality in our customers' coffee machines. You thrive in a role where the pace can be high and where you are expected to work towards set goals. Your mission is to ensure that customers always receive the best possible coffee through preventive maintenance and on-site actions.

In this role, you will also handle communication with JOBmeal's customers and be part of a team with other service consultants based in Umeå.

Common Responsibilities

• Perform service and maintenance on coffee machines (cleaning, inspections, adjustments, and replacement of simpler wear parts)

• Troubleshoot and resolve simpler issues on-site to minimize downtime

• Deliver ordered products to customers

• Assess customer needs and work proactively to ensure quality and customer satisfaction

This position is suitable for you who is motivated by working towards set goals and who is engaged in going the extra mile to create good relationships with the customers you are responsible for. Your work area is Västerbotten, which means some overnight stays in the region.

We are looking for someone who

Has a B driver's license and is technically inclined, as you will be responsible for service and simpler maintenance of the machines. Furthermore, you communicate well in Swedish as this is required in contact with JOBmeal's customers. It is an advantage if you have experience in similar tasks and have worked in a service role involving customer contact.
